For the first time in a long time, I'm actually watching network tv again. Lost has finally sucked me into its spell. I keep waiting for my mom to come by and shout what Hawaiian locations they've filmed at, though. That's one of her favorite pastimes, especially if it was on her home island.

I started watching Night Stalker too. It reminds me so much of vintage X-Files, before they jumped the shark. Of course, it should, since the original 70s version helped inspire Chris Carter to create XF in the first place, but also some of the writers appear to be XF alumni. The banter between the leading characters is very Mulder and Scully as well. I doubt they'll make a romantic entanglement between them, though, as the woman is black (*gasp, shock*) and American tv still has a problem showing interracial couples.

Interestingly enough, I haven't caught any incarnation of CSI yet, and that is so unlike me.
